This side mission will become available after the Namita Shrine is cleansed. To start it, talk to the spirit you will meet in the room on the second floor of the Volunteer Office.
Akito and KK find a spirit who is talking about a place where powerful lingering emotions have caused an accumulation of negative energy. They decide to investigate.

Objectives of Deep Cleaning
1. Find a place with lots of still water
The search area will be marked on the map. The place you are looking for is the Bathhouse.
2. Enter the bathhouse
Destroy the Corruption blocking the entrance and go inside.
3. Find the source of the corruption
Go to the back of the bathhouse. Destroy the Corruption blocking the passage and go through the door on the left. At the end of the corridor you should see another door. When you go through them you will be transported to another dimension. Be prepared for the fight that awaits you there.
4. Defeat all enemies
Enemies will come in waves, first it will be the three Rain Walkers. Then there will be two Students of Misery and two Rain Walkers. The third and final wave includes two Paper Dolls and two Rain Walkers.
When you defeat them all then you will return to the bathhouse, the mission will end and you will receive your due rewards. You will also be able to visit a previously inaccessible part of the bathhouse.
Inside a bathhouse, Akito and KK find the malevolent spirits behind the trouble and purge them.
