Ghostwire: Tokyo Map - Shibuya

An interactive map of Shibuya which we explore in the game "Ghostwire: Tokyo". This map highlights the locations of such stuff as: Landmarks, Shrines, Relics, Missing Tanuki, Voice Logs, Files, Side Missions, and many more.

Points of interest

Below you will find some information about the points of interest located on "Shibuya" map.

Missing TanukiMissing Tanuki

To unlock the feature of searching for Missing Tanuki you must complete one of the first side missions to be made available in the game - "Tanuki Hunt". When you find all 25 missing tanuki then you will be able to talk to The Boss Tanuki again and you will receive a reward from him for finding all his companions. When you find and collect all missing tanuki then you will unlock the "Your Tail's Showing" achievement / trophy.

KK's Investigation NotesKK's Investigation Notes

KK's Investigation Notes are special documents. Some of them are hidden around the map, and a few of them can be bought from Relic-Hunting Nekomata Stalls for the right amount of Meika. Finding them will grant you Spirit Skill points, which are used to upgrade your abilities.

Voice LogsVoice Logs

Voice Logs contain records about the people and events involved in the story. Acquired logs can be reviewed and replayed at any time via the Database Menu. Once you find all the voice logs, you will unlock the "The Whole Truth" achievement / trophy.

Jizo StatuesJizo Statues

Praying to Jizo Statues will permanently raise your maximum SP, the energy required to perform Ethereal Weaving. Jizo statues are each aligned with a single element: wind, water, or fire. Praying at one will permanently raise your maximum SP for the corresponding element.

Relic-Hunting NekomataRelic-Hunting Nekomata

These stalls are run by the Relic-Hunting Nekomata Stalls in search of rare items. Some shops of this type also sell rare items including KK's investigation notes, Magatama, and more.

RelicsRelics

A total of 123 relics can be found in Ghostwire: Tokyo. Collecting all the relics is necessary to earn the "Collector" achievement / trophy. Relics are also a source of considerable amount of Meika. You will receive it when you bring a particular relic to a specific Relic-Hunting Nekomata Stalls.

Some relics are found in multiple units, such as Shuriken, Model Minivan, or Kite,etc. and you have to find them all. On the other hand, one of the relics - Tsuchinoko - can be found in several different places and you only need to find it in one of them.

ShrinesShrines

Shrines. Cleansing all (one for the small shrines and more for the large shrines) of the torii gates at a given shrine will clear the fog in the surrounding area. Cleansing a shrine has more benefits, such as unlocking new side missions, shops and other locations.

Offering BoxesOffering Boxes

When you make an offering of meika, you'll be rewarded in proportion to the amount that you donate. Once you've confirmed the amount of meika you wish to offer, you'll then choose a prayer to complete the process. When you make total offerings worth 10,000 Meika in these boxes then you will unlock the "Pious" achievement / trophy.

OmikujiOmikuji

At shrines, you can draw paper fortunes known as "omikuji." These fortunes can be good or bad, and will affect you accordingly. All effects from omikuji are temporary. You can only have one omikuji effect active at a time, even if you find charms that allow you to maintain multiple buffs.

Prayer BeadsPrayer Beads

Wearing Prayer Beads enhances Akito's abilities. Acquiring multiple prayer beads of the same kind will level them up and enhance their power. You can change which sets you have equipped on the Inventory Menu.

Yokai HuntsYokai Hunts

Yokai Hunts are the places where you can find a yokai. When you find the yokai and absorb its power, you will gain a magatama. In order to hunt yokai, you must first complete the respective side missions. During such a mission you will absorb the power of the first yokai of a given type and after completing it, the map will mark the places where you can find more yokai of this type.

MagatamaMagatama

In addition to ordinary spirits, you can also absorb yokai, which will reward you with magatama. Magatama are used to unlock blocked paths on the Skills Menu.

FilesFiles

Files are various types of documents, notes and the like, which can be found during the game. A few of them are needed in the course of the main storyline, but most of them are just background elements, providing additional information that does not affect the progress of the game.

Side MissionsSide Missions

In addition to progressing through the main story, there are a number of Side Missions available throughout the city. These missions involve various activities, including supernatural investigations involving yokai and helping lost spirits. They are not linked to main mission progression.

PayphonesPayphones

You can use a katashiro to absorb the spirits you come across throughout Shibuya. Bring absorbed spirits to the Payphones to transfer them to safety.

LandmarksLandmarks

Landmarks are one of the types of discoveries that exist in Ghostwire: Tokyo. There are a total of 31 such locations in the game. In order to unlock them you have to get close enough to them. Once you discover all the landmarks, you will unlock the "Shibuya Is My Back Yard" achievement / trophy.

Shop StallsShop Stalls

Shop Stalls are one of the types of stores available in the game. Generally, you can buy a certain type of food from them. One of them has different types of talismans to offer.

TenguTengu

You can reach high places around town by grappling onto nearby tengu.

Vending MachinesVending Machines

At the Vending Machines, you can purchase basic drinks. They are marked only on the minimap / compass. They are not marked on the main map.
