Note: In most of the markers, I added information in which chapter you can find the particular item or object at the earliest, or at least when I managed to do so.

Inventory Upgrades. Locations where you can find items that expand your inventory capacity. Each of these items adds an additional 5 slots (one line) to your inventory.

This item is in a hidden room, which you will be able to enter through a hole in the wall made by a cultist who will attack you here when you search for the heart.

Lunch Boxes always carry Manuscript Fragments. When you collect enough of these fragments you will be able to upgrade your weapons.

Nursery Rhyme Puzzles are available when you play as Saga. Each Nursery rhyme consists of a page containing clues surrounded by a few symbols. Your task is to collect some Nursery Rhyme Dolls and place the relevant ones on the corresponding symbols. As a reward for completing these, you will be able to pick up on of the Charms that will be unlocked somewhere nearby.

Cult Stashes are special crates generally containing various valuable supplies. They are always locked and to get to their contents you must find the key or discover the right combination of numbers, symbols or keypad buttons to open the padlock.
