Rescue Freedom Fighter is one of the borough activities available in Watch Dogs: Legion. Your task is to find and free prisoners being held in well-guarded restricted areas.

Restricted area (Albion, Police Officers). The prisoner is located on the lower level of the building. Approach the building from the south side and climb up the orange pipe.
Wait until the guard who is guarding the area below is far enough away so he doesn't hear you open the door (it is best to additionally distract him), jump down, open the door and go inside. Once inside, close the door.
Watching out for guards partolling the interior of the building, go to the corridor on the left. Wait until the guard behind the glass door turns his back to you and use the closed circuit terminal to open the prison cells.
Then enter the prison cell which is just around the corner and free the prisoner.
Go back the same way you came here. Before you go outside, figure out where the guard is so he doesn't notice you. The best way is to use the camera on the pole outside and distract him at the right moment. You can climb up to the rooftop between it and the other rooftop adjacent to the watchtower. First climb onto the one closer to the watchtower and then jump on the one you climbed on using the orange pipe. Then run away :-)
